Terms and Conditions of Sale - July 1, 2003 The terms and conditions set forth in this document cover sales by REM Solutions, LLC. General The quoted prices are valid for deliveries of the quoted item(s) in one delivery. Unless otherwise stated, the quotation shall be valid for 30 days from the date of issuance. All sales are final within 48 hours of receipt of a clients purchase order. In the event of a verbal purchase order or authorization, the order shall be final at the time of the order placement. Any order cancellations or change notices must be approved by REM Solutions, LLC. Such order cancellations or change notices must be submitted in writing by fax. Unless otherwise stated, the prices quoted, include import freight, duties, taxes, fuel and other international and domestic security fees. Domestic freight is pre-paid and invoiced or shipped collect with a valid freight account. Shipments are Ex Works – EXW (INCOTERMS 2000) or domestic USA, shipping point. Warranty All items are warranted by the manufacturer against defects in material and workmanship. These warranties are generally for 1 (one) year from the date of purchase for items and 90 (ninety) days parts/labor for repair services. REM Solutions, LLC will coordinate all warranty issues with the manufacturer if any warranty issues arise. REM Solutions, LLC offers no warranty above and beyond the manufacturers printed or implied warranties. Liability Total liability for any products and services sold by REM Solutions, LLC shall not exceed the value of the item or service purchased. Payment Terms Payments are due net 30 days from the date of invoice, unless otherwise stated in writing. All new accounts are accepted on a prepayment cash basis, unless otherwise approved by the financial staff at REM Solutions, LLC. Credit terms are available only to regular repeat clients, following credit approval. Return Policy All special order and non-stock items are not returnable. If you are unsure if your item is returnable, please make an inquiry prior to ordering. No returns will be accepted without approval from a REM Solutions, LLC sales representative and with a valid return authorization number (RA Number). In the event a return is requested due to an incorrect shipment by REM Solutions, LLC or supplier, we will ship you the correct item, via normal ground shipment at no charge. (Express shipment charges will be invoiced.) All materials being returned must be in their original unmarked and undamaged stock boxes. The product shall be in a new unused condition. All returns shall be shipped in a proper shipping container and must require a recipient’s delivery signature. Damaged items due to improper packing will not receive credit for the return. On all returns made for buyer’s own reasons, a minimum 25% restocking charge will be applied. This policy only applies to items stocked at a REM Solutions, LLC facility. Unless otherwise stated by REM Solutions, LLC, if credit is issued, it shall be used only against future purchases. No credit is issued for freight charges. |
